How do the checklists work? What features are available?

Our checklists offer a comprehensive set of features to help you track your progress:

• Auto-Save: All your progress is automatically saved using your browser's local storage (LocalStorage). Every checkbox you tick, every note you write, and every section you collapse is saved instantly-no manual saving required.
• Progress Counters: Each checklist section displays a progress counter (e.g., "15/50") showing how many items you've completed out of the total. This gives you a quick visual overview of your completion status.
• Collapse/Expand: You can collapse or expand any section using the "Collapse" button. This helps you focus on specific areas and keeps your checklist organized. Your collapse preferences are saved automatically.
• Notes: Every item has a notes field where you can write reminders, locations, strategies, or any other information you need. All notes are saved automatically.
• No Login Required: Everything works completely offline in your browser. No account creation, no subscription, no login required. Your data stays private and local to your device.
• Complete All / Clear All: Use the options menu to quickly mark all items in a section as complete or clear all progress if you want to start fresh.

All features work seamlessly together-just tick boxes, write notes, and organize sections as you play. Your progress persists across browser sessions, so you can close the page and return later to find everything exactly as you left it.

How do I track my progress in the checklists?

All checklists use local browser storage (LocalStorage) to automatically save your progress. Simply check off items as you complete them, and your progress will be saved automatically. No login or account required.

Are there any missable items I should be aware of?

Every item necessary for All Achievements, including entries in Hunter's Journal, are not missable and obtainable any time. Some items, like specific Heart Mementos (see our Mementos guide), are exclusive and cannot be all obtained in the same run, therefore they don't count towards 100% Completion.

What checklists are required for getting all achievements and Platinum trophy?

All items from these checklists are necessary for All Achievements and Platinum trophy. Finding All Fleas is necessary for some items, as is finding All Craftmetals.

• All Fleas Checklist - Find all 30 Fleas
• All Maps Checklist - Collect all 28 Maps
• All Craftmetals Checklist - Collect all 8 Craftmetals
• 100% Hunter's Journal Checklist - Complete all 237 Hunter's Journal entries

Most of the items in these checklists are necessary for All Achievements and Platinum trophy. For example, you need most Memory Lockets to Bind Eva and get Sylphsong:

• All Memory Lockets Checklist - Collect all 20 Memory Lockets
• All Bosses Checklist - Defeat all 47 bosses
• All Collectibles Checklist - Collect all collectibles

Not required and only for collectibles are All Mementos.

How many achievements are there in Hollow Knight: Silksong?

There are 52 achievements total in Hollow Knight: Silksong. Our All Achievements Checklist provides detailed information about each achievement, including how to unlock them and whether they are missable.

Do I need multiple playthroughs to get all achievements?

All achievements require at least two runs. The first run should be spoiler-free to enjoy the game naturally and unlock Steel Soul mode. Complete the Hunter's Journal during your first playthrough - it's a time sink and better done when you're not rushing.

The second run combines Speedrun (under 5 hours) and Steel Soul 100% Completion. This is the hardest part and may take 5-10 attempts. Reference our How to Get All Achievements guide for the easiest strategy.

What is the best speedrun route for the under 5 hours achievement?

After defeating Widow, use The Mist to quickly reach the Citadel - this saves significant time. Focus only on essential upgrades: collect Mask Fragments #1, #2, #5, and #8 before Widow (see 100% Completion checklist), get Architect's Crest, and prioritize health upgrades.

Don't buy benches or maps early - Rosaries will be limited. Ignore most collectibles along the path; you'll return for them after beating Grand Mother Silk. The goal is to reach the Citadel in under 5 hours, then complete 100% afterward.

How should I manage Rosaries in Steel Soul runs?

In Steel Soul runs, you skip many hidden Rosary caches and won't earn them during run-backs. Being in ACT 3 and needing 3,000 more Rosaries is very possible. Only collect Rosary caches and unlock Bellway Stations - don't go out of your way for Shards, Fleas, or other rewards until after Grand Mother Silk.

Buy essential tools like Magnetite Brooch, Mask Fragment, and Craftmetal in Bone Bottom. In Deep Docks, buy and equip Magma Bell from Forge Daughter. Save Rosaries for critical purchases - avoid benches and maps until ACT 2 where you can farm Rosaries easily.
