In an armory, behind a Fog Rift Gate near the lesser Grafted Scion dining hall. Can be also easily accessed from Rampart Tower site of grace by dropping down from the rooftops.

Location of Miséricorde:

Approximately 2% drop chance from Demi-Humans wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: Northwest of Craftsman's Shack near sheep, there are four Demi-Humans.

Location of Great Knife:

Approximately 4% drop chance from Demi-Human Chiefs wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: Rope bridge between South of the Lookout Tower site of grace and Church of the Pilgrimage, there is one chief.

Location of Bloodstained Dagger:

Progress Kenneth Haight's questline to Step 3. Also appears in Leyndell, northwest of Avenue Balcony site of grace - go down the stairs and drop down on the left, then continue northwest and drop down into a dark pit with the flame-spitting statue enemy (this one is missable - collect before burning the Erdtree!)

In Gaol Cave, inside one of the locked cells.

Location of Wakizashi:

Approximately 0.5% drop chance from Celebrants wielding this weapon, they can easily be spotted because they wear blue clothes. Best farming spot: Go up and down between Windmill Village and Windmill Heights sites of grace.

Location of Celebrant's Sickle:

From the Village of the Albinaurics site of grace, head uphill to Old Albus's location, then loot the Ivory Sickle behind a grave.

Location of Ivory Sickle:

In Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel, in a chest in one of the wooden side rooms at the lowest level.

Location of Crystal Knife:

In a chest at the western end of the Grand Cloister.

Location of Scorpion's Stinger:

Behind Bestial Sanctum, use the branches, rooftops and structures to drop down onto the slanted platform, then again drop down using structures to another slanted platform. At one spot, it has a balcony with the Cinquedea weapon.

Jump on the branch and spot a chest with Rotten Crystal Sword, guarded by three lesser Crystallians.

Location of Rotten Crystal Sword:

Go onthe main path and jump right on the first pillar you can. Climb the ladder on its back side and pick the sword from under the bell.

Location of Miquellan Knight's Sword:

Take the second belfry portal (Precipice of Anticipation) to get to Chapel of Anticipation. Defeat the Grafted Scion boss.

Location of Ornamental Straight Sword:

Inside Auriza Hero's Grave, behind the Imp Seal Gate.

Location of Golden Epitaph:

In the cellar of Forsaken Ruins (big birds ruins), past an Imp Seal Gate.

Continue normally from Manor Upper Level, then at the fork take the left path. Follow it, then soon spot a building on your left you can jump to. Drop down and spot a ladder, take it to land next to a chest with the Sword of Night and Flame.

Go up the rubble past the praying Misbegotten and enter the door to find a chest with Claymore.

From the First Mt. Gelmir Campsite site of grace, continue the main path towards Volcano Manor. When you reach a ladder with a lesser Grafted Scion, check behind a cart on the right.

Location of Scavenger's Curved Sword:

In Gelmir Hero's Grave, go down the Chariot hallway. When the pathway ends in lava, head left. Go past the flame pillar and down a second Chariot hallway. When it turns right, spot a lesser Cemetery Shade in the corner and defeat it for the Mantis Blade.

Location of Mantis Blade:

Approximately 2% drop chance from Beastmen wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: Two rooms with Beastmen past the Crumbling Beast Grave site of grace.

Location of Beastman's Curved Sword:

Inside a moving carriage southwest of the Inner Consecrated Snowfield site of grace (don't confuse this with another carriage that is in southeastern snowfield).

Location of Flowing Curved Sword:

Up a side ladder near the end of the section, behind a large octopus.

Location of Serpent-God's Curved Sword:

Approximately 1% drop chance from Man-Serpents wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: From Temple of Eiglay, go north, up the elevator and outside. One Man-Serpent is on the right, other is on the left (only the first you encounter on the main walkway has it). This is one of the worst farms in the game, good luck.

Location of Magma Blade:

Defeat the Nox Duo boss.

Location of Nox Flowing Sword:

From the Ainsel River, Main site of grace, progress to the ant cave, there take the left path. After the T-posing enemy, keep high on the right cliff. Try to keep as right and as high as possible, soon you will spot a chest on top of a stone structure - loot it for the Wing of Astel.

Location of Wing of Astel:

Inside the Church of the Eclipse.

Location of Eclipse Shotel:

Approximately 4% drop chance from Kaiden Sellswords. Best farming spot: Murkwater Coast, southwest is a camp with three Kaidens.

Location of Dismounter:

Approximately 4% drop chance from Omens wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: The Omen in front of Liftside Chamber.

Location of Omen Cleaver:

Approximately 4% drop chance from Fire Monks wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: In Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave, ignore the first Fire Monk, jump out of the window, go up the stairs and left, right, immediatelly right again and kill the Fire Monk.

Location of Monk's Flameblade:

Approximately 2% drop chance from Azula Beastmen wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: From the Four Belfries, take the Crumbling Farum Azula portal and go down and kill the one Beastman there. Later alternative: From Dragon Temple Lift site of grace, take the lift down, go right and you'll reach stairs, two good Beastmen are there.

Defeat the Bloodhound Knight Darriwill boss.

Location of Bloodhound's Fang:

Defeat the Onyx Lord (Altus Plateau) boss.

Defeat the Magma Wyrm Makar boss.

In Deathtouched Catacombs, activate the lever in the third room, then head back into the beginning to find a new passage leading to a corpse with Uchigatana.

Location of Uchigatana:

Complete Bloody Finger Yura's questline. Alternatively, kill him at any time and he'll drop it. The marked Bridge of Iniquity site of grace is far from Second Church of Marika where his quest finishes, but it's still the best access point.

Approximately 0.5% drop chance from Celebrants wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: South of Windmill Heights, you'll see four Celebrants. Three of them wield the cleaver.

Location of Celebrant's Cleaver:

Defeat the Deathbird (Weeping Peninsula) boss.

Location of Sacrificial Axe:

In a chest in Temple Quarter.

Location of Icerind Hatchet:

Sold by Pidia for 3500 Runes (or if Pidia's dead, bring the bell-bearing to Twin Maiden Husks). How to reach Pidia: From Ranni's Rise, go directly east to the cliff's edge near a Cerulean Scarab. Spot a roof you can drop down to, then a series of platforms and ladders will lead to Pidia, located directly above Manor Lower Level site of grace.

Location of Ripple Blade:

Missable - collect before burning the Erdtree! From Fortified Manor, First Floor, go to the bottom floor and through a northwestern doorway into the lesser Abductor Virgin courtyard. There, find a corpse with the weapon. Nonmissable variant - in Castle Sol, from Castle Sol Main Gate site of grace, head inside and left. Turn right and into the first open door, up the ladder and onto the western rampart. Follow the rampart onto the central building, past the two ballista enemies. There, jump onto the northeastern shack roof and look below you - you'll spot the weapon on a wooden roof.

Behind an Imp Seal Gate.

Location of Rosus' Axe:

Inside the moving carriage traveling towards Gatefront.

Location of Greataxe:

Approximately 4% drop chance from Exile Soldiers wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: In Stormveil Castle Armory behind the Imp Seal Gate, accessible from the lesser Grafted Scion room.

Location of Crescent Moon Axe:

Approximately 2% drop chance from Misbegotten wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: From Beside the Rampart Gaol site of grace, go across the bridge and kill the sleeping Misbegotten, repeat.

Location of Longhaft Axe:

Approximately 4% drop chance from Skeletons wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: From Lake-Facing Cliffs, go to the graveyard behind Church of Irith. Spawn a skeleton with this weapon and kill it.

Location of Executioner's Greataxe:

Defeat the Omenkiller & Miranda, the Blighted Bloom boss.

Location of Great Omenkill Cleaver:

Defeat the Scaly Misbegotten boss.

Location of Rusted Anchor:

Missable - collect before burning the Erdtree! On the first floor (Hewg's spot).

Location of Hammer:

Approximately 4% drop chance from Fire Monks wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: In Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave, kill the first Fire Monk you see. The other Fire Monk in this dungeon has a different weapon.

Location of Monk's Flamemace:

Progress White Mask Varré's questline to Step 7 and invade him to defeat him and get Varré's Bouquet.

Location of Varré's Bouquet:

Approximately 2% drop chance from small Oracle Envoys. Best farming spot: Near East Capital Rampart. After burning the Erdtree, many are in Miquella's Haligtree.

Location of Envoy's Horn:

Progress into Nokron until you make it to the church with the ball enemy. Go towards the Imp Seal Gate and look at the windows on the right side. Jump out of the last window that doesn't have metal bars. Follow the path and circle back into a ledge in the church, there's the item.

Location of Nox Flowing Hammer:

In Gelmir Hero's Grave, go down the Chariot hallway. When the pathway ends in lava, continue going down through the lava, then inside a tunnel on the left. Loot the chest for the Ringed Finger weapon.

Location of Ringed Finger:

Defeat the Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing boss.

Location of Scepter of the All-Knowing:

In a chest in the large army camp before Dectus Lift. On the southern side of the highway.

Location of Great Mace:

Approximately 2% drop chance from Miners wielding Pickaxes (not the flame lanterns). Best farming spot: Limgrave Tunnels, most of the miners there are focused on the mining and won't cause trouble: Source: LukeCanWin youtube video.

Location of Pickaxe:

Go along the cliffside, enter the castle, get the key from the dark room where Gostoc locks you in, use the key and climb the ladder, then jump to the right side where there is a window leading outside. Follow the scaffolding down to enter a tower room with the Brick Hammer on a corpse.

Location of Brick Hammer:

Missable - collect before burning the Erdtree! Approximately 4% drop chance from two Duelists wielding the Battle Hammer in Leyndell Colosseum. Best farming spot: Only possible enemies that drop this patrol around Leyndell Colosseum.

Location of Battle Hammer:

Defeat the lesser Rotten Duelist in the graveyard west of the Consecrated Snowfield site of grace.

Location of Rotten Battle Hammer:

On the western cliff of Windmill Village.

Location of Celebrant's Skull:

In the moving carriage, west of Road of Iniquity Side Path site of grace.

Location of Great Stars:

Approximately 2% drop chance from Ancestral Followers wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: From Worshippers' Woods, jump left across the Crab and there is one hammer-wielding minotaur near the brazier.

Location of Greathorn Hammer:

Approximately 2% drop chance from Large Oracle Envoys. Best farming spot: One near East Capital Rampart. After burning the Erdtree, few are in Miquella's Haligtree.

Location of Envoy's Long Horn:

In Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave, behind an Imp Seal Gate. Head up the stairs past the lesser Erdtree Burial Watchdog, then left near the frost pillar. It will be behind you once you enter a larger room.

Location of Cranial Vessel Candlestand:

Reward from Gurranq for bringing him a 7th Deathroot.

In Sellia Hideaway, follow the main path through the illusory walls and massive crystals until you reach the second part of the dungeon with the second Statue of Marika. Immediatelly head to the right and find a crystal you can walk on, then jump onto the right slope to land on a platform. Go through the illusory wall and loot the chest with the Crystal Spear.

Missable - collect before burning the Erdtree! From Erdtree Sanctuary, head west and down the stairs, take an elevator down. Down the stairs again and onto the main pathway. About halfway through, spot two small balconies below you on the fence. Very carefully jump across the railing and land on one of them. Walk on the spot between the two balconies and jump onto the gigantic dragon spear, climb up.

On a corpse on top of the ruin in the enemy camp between Warmaster's Shack and Saintsbridge.

At the end of the Stormveil Castle skip route - follow the path near the destroyed bridge north of Stormhill Shack.
