All Ranged Weapons Checklist Overview

The checklist is located below this introductory text.

This checklist lists every Ranged Weapon in Elden Ring and Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

This checklist follows the order of the in-game inventory. You can directly compare it to your Elden Ring inventory to see what you're missing. This is the most useful order for any completionist.

Ranged Weapons: Key Information

In this checklist, we list all Ranged Weapons. See also the Weapons Checklist (for Swords etc...) and Shields Checklist (including Torches).

Ranged Weapons are their own inventory card in Elden Ring and consist of Bows, Crossbows and Catalysts like Staves and Sacred Seals, which require FP and a selected Incantation and Sorcery to cast.

All Ranged Weapons are sorted into weapon classes (e.g. Light Bow, Crossbow, Sacred Seal...), which usually also decides their moveset and general characteristics.

They can be found around the world, dropped by enemies or rewarded for progressing a certain questline. They are upgraded using Smithing Stones and Somber Smithing Stones.

Weapons: 100% Completion Information

The Weapons group of checklists, consisting of Weapons, Ranged and Shield Checklists, require a few clarifications:

Many Weapons are missable; we mark missable Weapons in their descriptions. The most common reasons are taking the wrong Remembrance reward (duplicate Remembrances at Wandering Mausoleums help) or burning the Erdtree, which locks part of Leyndell with enemies needed to farm weapon drops.
We only mark NPC questline-related weapons as Missable if there is a special step or decision apart from carefully completing the questline.
A large portion of Weapons must be farmed from enemies. For every such weapon, we list the most convenient farming route.
If a Weapon has multiple sources, we always list the most convenient: pick it up > questline > farm. Earlier in the game is also more convenient than later.
The listed location is our recommendation, not the only source in the world.

All Light Bows

The first group of Ranged Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Light Bows are quick, mobile and agile ranged weapons, but usually deal low damage, even compared to other Ranged options. They require Arrows.

		Harp Bow Region: Altus Plateau Site of Grace: Rampartside Path Ranged Weapon	Solve the Champion's Song Painting - on the plateau where you fight Ancient Dragon Lansseax #2 boss. Location of Harp Bow:
		Bone Bow (DLC) Region: Gravesite Plain Site of Grace: Small Private Altar DLC Ranged Weapon	Head up the first stairs, then fast left and right to get to the waterfall. Go into the room there, up the ladder and turn left. Go all the way left into the room with a large Spider-Scorpion. Location of Bone Bow:

All Bows

The second group of Ranged Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Bows are mid-ranged range weapons, but usually deal low damage, even compared to other Ranged options. They require Arrows.

There are 8 Ranged Weapons in All Bows.

		Albinauric Bow Region: Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace: Ordina, Liturgical Town Ranged Weapon	Approximately 4% drop chance from Albinauric Arches on Wolves wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: Several are south of Ordina. Location of Albinauric Bow:
		Black Bow Region: Leyndell Site of Grace: Avenue Balcony Ranged Weapon	Missable - collect before burning the Erdtree! From Avenue Balcony site of grace, go down the stairs, turn right and drop down onto the path near the sewers. Turn right again and up the stairs, then head left and straight up a large stairs. Mid-way through them, jump onto the rooftop on the left. Now head west and jump across about six rooftops until you reach a roof with the Black Bow. Location of Black Bow:
		Ansbach's Longbow (DLC) Region: Shadow Keep Site of Grace: Storehouse, First Floor DLC Ranged Weapon	Missable - Progress Leda's questline to Step 8 and either invade Ansbach or help him, both cases yield the longbow. Location of Ansbach's Longbow:
		Pulley Bow Region: Volcano Manor Site of Grace: First Mt. Gelmir Campsite Ranged Weapon	From the First Mt. Gelmir Campsite site of grace, head west and climb the watchtower, then loot the corpse. Location of Pulley Bow:
		Horn Bow Region: Siofra River Site of Grace: Siofra River Bank Ranged Weapon	Head to the stairway going to the Ancestor Spirit, but go to the right of the stairs and drop onto a small ledge. After picking up a Golden Rune, jump around the corner to get under the bridge and loot the Horn Bow. Location of Horn Bow:
		Serpent Bow Region: Caelid Site of Grace: Abandoned Cave Ranged Weapon	In Abandoned Cave, progress the main path until you reach a Summoning Obelisk. Past it, drop down to the right into the rot lake and pick the Serpent Bow up from the ground. Location of Serpent Bow:
		Erdtree Bow Region: Leyndell Site of Grace: Erdtree Sanctuary Ranged Weapon	Head up the tree root, onto the second floor and when outside again, immediatelly turn left and drop onto the golden rooftop. Enter through the broken window and loot the chest on the right. Location of Erdtree Bow:

All Greatbows

The third group of Ranged Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Greatbows are slow ranged weapons, but usually deal low damage, like other Bows. Their most meaningful impact is generally on enemy Poise. They require Great Arrows.

		Erdtree Greatbow Region: Limgrave Site of Grace: Stranded Graveyard Ranged Weapon	In Fringefolk Hero's Grave, destroy the Chariot by shooting pots hanging above the hallway. To get to the shooting spot, drop down as lowest as you can, then find an elevator to appear in a position where you see the pots, then wait for the Chariot to arrive. Location of Erdtree Greatbow:
		Igon's Greatbow (DLC) Region: Jagged Peak Site of Grace: Foot of the Jagged Peak DLC Ranged Weapon	Missable! Progress Igon's questline to Step 7, you MUST summon him for Bayle the Dread boss. Location of Igon's Greatbow:
		Lion Greatbow Region: Roundtable Hold Site of Grace: Table of Lost Grace Ranged Weapon	Missable! Sold by Finger Reader Enia for the Remembrance of the Starscourge, dropped from the Starscourge Radahn boss.

All Crossbows

The fourth group of Ranged Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Crossbows are slow ranged weapons, but usually deal low damage. Their most meaningful impact is generally in activating Status Effects. They require Bolts.

There are 9 Ranged Weapons in All Crossbows.

		Heavy Crossbow Region: Limgrave Site of Grace: Gatefront Ranged Weapon	Approximately 4% drop chance from any Soldiers wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: Several are on the path from Gatefront to Stormhill Shack. Location of Heavy Crossbow:
		Arbalest Region: Stormveil Castle Site of Grace: Rampart Tower Ranged Weapon	From Rampart Tower site of grace, go outside and immediately drop down to a rooftop on the right, Then drop on the left and then again down to see a tunnel leading into a cellar with a Godskin Prayerbook and Godslayer's Seal. Continue out, then turn right and go up a ladder. Follow the rampart and go up a second ladder. Run past the Banished Knights and when you appear on the wooden bridge, drop down and head to the right. Hug the eastern wall and jump across the tower battlements, pick up Arbalest from a corpse near an enemy with a Ballista. Location of Arbalest:
		Crepus's Black-Key Crossbow Region: Roundtable Hold Site of Grace: Table of Lost Grace Ranged Weapon	Behind the first Imp Seal Gate.
		Pulley Crossbow Region: Volcano Manor Site of Grace: Craftsman's Shack Ranged Weapon	On a corpse near the Craftsman's Shack site of grace. Location of Pulley Crossbow:
		Repeating Crossbow (DLC) Region: Scadu Altus Site of Grace: Moorth Highway, South DLC Ranged Weapon	On a ground near a wooden barricade, near the highway north of Moorth Highway, South site of grace. Close to where you fight the Ghostflame Dragon (Scadu Altus) boss. Location of Repeating Crossbow:
		Spread Crossbow (DLC) Region: Gravesite Plain Site of Grace: Castle Front DLC Ranged Weapon	In a ruined camp below a small cliff, directly south of the Castle Front site of grace. Location of Spread Crossbow:
		Full Moon Crossbow Region: Raya Lucaria Academy Site of Grace: Debate Parlor Ranged Weapon	Go into the courtyard, up the rubble on the left and jump across the railings to get onto the rooftops. Cross them and go up the ladder to get on a bridge. Go to the tower, behind it and drop onto another rooftop, then once more. After two jumps down, stay on this roof and head straight, then make a long jump to land on a third rooftop. Continue this path, across the narrow roof, until you eventually reach a ladder to a chest with the Full Moon Crossbow. Location of Full Moon Crossbow:

All Ballistas

The fifth group of Ranged Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Ballistas are slow ranged weapons, but they don't have to be reloaded after each shot. Their most meaningful impact is generally in activating Status Effects. They require Great Bolts.

		Azur's Glintstone Staff Region: Raya Lucaria Academy Site of Grace: Debate Parlor Ranged Weapon	Head into the courtyard and up the rubble on the left. Turn left and drop from the railing. Continue on the path and get on the rooftops. Cross them and find a ladder to climb. Cross the bridge, go behind the tower and drop on another rooftop. Head to the right side and drop four more times. You'll see a Marionette enemy on the right - drop to a ledge near him. Follow the ledge and jump to the roof of the church. Head to the right side and find a window to enter a rafter. Drop on the chandelier with Academy Glintstone Key, then onto a bridge below it, from there into the eastern hallway, which leads to the Azur's Glintstone Staff. Location of Azur's Glintstone Staff:

		Albinauric Staff Region: Volcano Manor Site of Grace: Prison Town Church Ranged Weapon	From the Prison Town Church site of grace, you need to get on the big bridge leading into another church. Either go via the pathway or through the rooftops. Do not enter the church - head right and spot a ladder. Go up, straight and drop down on the other side. There is an entrance inside, with the Albinauric Staff on a corpse. Location of Albinauric Staff:
		Staff of Loss Region: Caelid Site of Grace: Sellia Under-Stair Ranged Weapon	On Sellia rooftops - from the golden tree, go on the tree branch and the first rooftop. Turn west. A smaller branch leads to another rooftop. From there, you need to make a long double jump on torrent west to a building across the street. Go to its western site and drop down to the balcony with the Staff of Loss. Location of Staff of Loss:

The seventh group of Ranged Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Sacred Seals are catalyst weapons for casting Incantations. They require FP and a selected Incantation to cast.

		Dryleaf Seal (DLC) Region: Recluses' River Site of Grace: Recluses' River Upstream DLC Ranged Weapon	From the Recluses' River Upstream site of grace, continue going south, then jump across to the right side. Keep going south for a few seconds and a ledge will appear below you. Drop there and it will form a stone bridge. Cross it and head left. Soon, you will arrive to a message on the ground, surrounded by Gravebirds. Drop down and pick the Dryleaf Seal up. Location of Dryleaf Seal:
		Fire Knight's Seal (DLC) Region: Shadow Keep Site of Grace: Sunken Chapel DLC Ranged Weapon	From the Sunken Chapel site of grace, head north and then left, enter the ruined building with a massive statue and look behind it. Location of Fire Knight's Seal:
		Spiraltree Seal (DLC) Region: Ancient Ruins Site of Grace: Temple Town Ruins DLC Ranged Weapon	Solve the Painting - Sacred Tower, on a cliff a bit south from the Red Bear boss. Location of Spiraltree Seal:
		Gravel Stone Seal Region: Leyndell Site of Grace: West Capital Rampart Ranged Weapon	Missable - collect before burning the Erdtree! From the West Capital Rampart site of grace, head north and stop before the first stairs. Drop down from the left balcony (there's an oracle enemy), then again drop down to the ground. Spot a Leyndell Knight and defeat it to drop the Gravel Stone Seal. Location of Gravel Stone Seal:
		Giant's Seal Region: Mountaintops of the Giants Site of Grace: Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave Ranged Weapon	In Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave, behind an Imp Seal Gate. Head up the stairs past the lesser Erdtree Burial Watchdog, then left near the frost pillar. Take the elevator down, then send it up - another platform will appear at its bottom, which you should ride further down. Then go up a ladder and it is near the right wall in the larger room with the Prelate. Location of Giant's Seal:
		Godslayer's Seal Region: Stormveil Castle Site of Grace: Rampart Tower Ranged Weapon	From Rampart Tower site of grace, go outside and immediately drop down to a rooftop on the right, Then drop on the left and then again down to see a tunnel leading into a cellar. Unlock the Imp Seal Gate to pick up. Location of Godslayer's Seal:
		Clawmark Seal Region: Dragonbarrow Site of Grace: Bestial Sanctum Ranged Weapon	Reward from Gurranq for bringing him a 1st Deathroot. Location of Clawmark Seal:
		Frenzied Flame Seal Region: Leyndell Site of Grace: Frenzied Flame Proscription Ranged Weapon	Fully complete Hyetta's questline. Location of Frenzied Flame Seal:
		Dragon Communion Seal Region: Limgrave Site of Grace: Stranded Graveyard Ranged Weapon	In Fringefolk Hero's Grave, at the very end of the first Chariot hallway, start going uphill and find it in a room with a phantom Banished Knight. Defeat him and he'll drop the Dragon Communion Seal. Location of Dragon Communion Seal:
