All Torches Checklist Overview

The checklist is located below this introductory text.

This checklist contains every Torch in Elden Ring, including Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. There are 8 total Torches to collect.

Torches sit with Shields in the in-game inventory, but they are primarily light sources and utility weapons rather than defensive gear. Standard Shields are covered on the All Shields checklist.

How to Get All Torches

Torches are sold by merchants, found as world loot, or picked up in optional areas and DLC regions. Most are easy to obtain during a normal playthrough.

Use this checklist to keep track of every Torch, including unique options with special effects such as beast repulsion or ghostflame.

About Torches

Torches light dark caves and underground areas, and several add combat utility through status effects, enemy deterrence, or unique skills.

They are light to equip and can be useful sidearms even for builds that do not focus on shield play.

All Torches

The first group of Shields, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Funnily enough, these are Torches. They primarily serve as a light source, but some have repelling or different additional effects.

There are 8 Shields in All Torches.

		Beast-Repellent Torch Region: Dragonbarrow Site of Grace: Isolated Merchant's Shack (Caelid) Shield	Sold by the Isolated Merchant for 1200 Runes. Location of Beast-Repellent Torch:
		Steel-Wire Torch Region: Weeping Peninsula Site of Grace: Castle Morne Lift Shield	Go up the rubble past the praying Misbegotten and enter the door, down the stairs and onto the first ladder, then head left. Location of Steel-Wire Torch:
		Sentry's Torch Region: Altus Plateau Site of Grace: Hermit Merchant's Shack Shield	Sold by the Hermit Merchant for 7000 Runes. Location of Sentry's Torch:
		Ghostflame Torch Region: Siofra River Site of Grace: Fort Haight West Shield	Descend into the Limgrave crater leading to Nokron. Progress until you reach the first rooftop. There, stop and spot a pillar on your right across the gap. You need to jump across this gap and follow the path to reach it. Location of Ghostflame Torch:
		St. Trina's Torch Region: Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace: Consecrated Snowfield Shield	Inside a moving carriage northeast of the Consecrated Snowfield site of grace (don't confuse this with another carriage that is in central snowfield). Location of St. Trina's Torch:
		Nanaya's Torch (DLC) Region: Abyssal Woods Site of Grace: Midra's Library DLC Shield	Step 1: From Midra's Library site of grace, take the west exit and drop down using the bookshelves and take the eastern exit from the room. Immediatelly turn right to spot an illusory wall. Go through, turn right again, go up the stairs and a ladder. Activate the lever. Step 2: From the lever, jump through the broken railing to the platform across and then jump agan north. Run west, jump across the gaps and follow the broken wooden floor to the dead corpse with the Nanaya's Torch. Location of Nanaya's Torch:
		Lamenting Visage (DLC) Region: Charo's Hidden Grave Site of Grace: Lamenter's Gaol DLC Shield	In Lamenter's Gaol, go acquire the Lower Level Gaol Key in the pot room. Then head to the stairways area and take the eastern exit on the first floor. At the end of this hallway is an illusory wall with a locked gate behind it. Inside the room is the Lamenting Visage. Location of Lamenting Visage:
