This checklist contains every Katana, Great Katana, and Twinblade in Elden Ring, including Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. There are 21 total weapons across these three weapon classes.

These weapons are known for combining fast attacks with strong offensive pressure and excellent status effect buildup.

How to Get All Katanas & Twinblades

Katanas and Twinblades can be found throughout the Lands Between and the Realm of Shadow as treasure, enemy drops, merchant purchases, NPC rewards, and boss rewards.

Several iconic weapons are hidden in optional locations or tied to quest progression, making exploration essential for players pursuing a complete collection.

Use this checklist to keep track of every Katana, Great Katana, and Twinblade in Elden Ring.

About Katanas & Twinblades

Katanas are famous for their fast slashing attacks, high critical potential, and natural Bleed buildup on most of them.

Great Katanas offer slower but more powerful attacks with increased reach and stagger damage.

Twinblades feature unique spinning attack chains that excel at applying status effects and dealing sustained damage over long combos. These weapon classes are particularly popular among Dexterity and Arcane builds but include several powerful Intelligence and Faith weapons as well.

All Katanas

The twelfth group of Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Katanas primarily focus on creating a high Status Effect build up, especially Bleed.

There are 10 Weapons in All Katanas.

All Great Katanas

The thirteenth group of Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. There are only three Great Katanas in Elden Ring, and all are part of the DLC.

All Twinblades

The fourteenth group of Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Twinblades offer a unique spinning moveset and often a focused AoE Ash of War.

		Eleonora's Poleblade Region: Altus Plateau Site of Grace: Bridge of Iniquity Weapon	Complete Bloody Finger Yura's questline and defeat invading Eleonora. The marked Bridge of Iniquity site of grace is far from Second Church of Marika where his quest finishes, but it's still the best access point. Location of Eleonora's Poleblade:
		Euporia (DLC) Region: Enir-Ilim Site of Grace: Spiral Rise DLC Weapon	From the Spiral Rise site of grace, go back down the stairs and spot a side staircase leading down near a Hornsent Priest enemy. At the very bottom at a ledge, look down to see another staircase deep below you. Jump onto it and go up to the gazebo-like room. Here, spot a broken railing and again jump down to appear on a ledge. Here, there is only one path: Follow and jump through many ledges until you eventually spot a window you need to jump to (difficult jump). You are now back in Belurat and the title screen should show. Go out of the room (Scadutree Fragment #48 is here) and take multiple elevators and stairs down you can, until you see a Horned Warrior and a room with Euporia behind him. Location of Euporia:
