This checklist contains every Curved Sword, Curved Greatsword, and Backhand Blade in Elden Ring, including Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. There are 33 total weapons across these three weapon classes.

Curved weapons emphasize fast attacks, flowing combos, and excellent mobility. Shadow of the Erdtree also introduces the Backhand Blade weapon class, featuring agile dual-wielding movesets built around speed and evasive attacks.

How to Get All Curved Swords & Backhand Blades

Curved weapons are obtained from merchants, enemy drops, world loot, NPC questlines, and optional bosses throughout both the Lands Between and the Realm of Shadow. Most weapons can be collected during a single playthrough, although a handful require completing specific questlines or defeating optional bosses before they become available.

Use this checklist to track every Curved Sword, Curved Greatsword, and Backhand Blade needed for a complete weapon collection.

About Curved Swords & Backhand Blades

Curved Swords prioritize speed and sustained damage. Curved Greatswords retain much of that sweeping moveset while offering significantly higher damage and stagger potential.

Backhand Blades are among the fastest melee weapons introduced in Shadow of the Erdtree, rewarding aggressive playstyles with quick repositioning and continuous pressure.

These weapon classes are most commonly associated with Dexterity builds, although many unique weapons also scale with Strength, Arcane, Faith, or Intelligence.

The ninth group of Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Curved Swords are fast weapons that feel very satisfying to play with.

		Shotel Region: Siofra River Site of Grace: Worshippers' Woods Weapon	Sold by the Abandoned Merchant for 2500 Runes. Location of Shotel:
		Scavenger's Curved Sword Region: Volcano Manor Site of Grace: First Mt. Gelmir Campsite Weapon	From the First Mt. Gelmir Campsite site of grace, continue the main path towards Volcano Manor. When you reach a ladder with a lesser Grafted Scion, check behind a cart on the right. Location of Scavenger's Curved Sword:
		Mantis Blade Region: Volcano Manor Site of Grace: Gelmir Hero's Grave Weapon	In Gelmir Hero's Grave, go down the Chariot hallway. When the pathway ends in lava, head left. Go past the flame pillar and down a second Chariot hallway. When it turns right, spot a lesser Cemetery Shade in the corner and defeat it for the Mantis Blade. Location of Mantis Blade:
		Beastman's Curved Sword Region: Crumbling Farum Azula Site of Grace: Crumbling Beast Grave Weapon	Approximately 2% drop chance from Beastmen wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: Two rooms with Beastmen past the Crumbling Beast Grave site of grace. Location of Beastman's Curved Sword:
		Flowing Curved Sword Region: Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace: Inner Consecrated Snowfield Weapon	Inside a moving carriage southwest of the Inner Consecrated Snowfield site of grace (don't confuse this with another carriage that is in southeastern snowfield). Location of Flowing Curved Sword:
		Serpent-God's Curved Sword Region: Liurnia of the Lakes Site of Grace: Ruin-Strewn Precipice Weapon	Up a side ladder near the end of the section, behind a large octopus. Location of Serpent-God's Curved Sword:
		Magma Blade Region: Volcano Manor Site of Grace: Temple of Eiglay Weapon	Approximately 1% drop chance from Man-Serpents wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: From Temple of Eiglay, go north, up the elevator and outside. One Man-Serpent is on the right, other is on the left (only the first you encounter on the main walkway has it). This is one of the worst farms in the game, good luck. Location of Magma Blade:
		Spirit Sword (DLC) Region: Cerulean Coast Site of Grace: Cerulean Coast West DLC Weapon	Found in a cave far north from the Cerulean Coast West site of grace. From the grace, go between the massive ruins and into the ravine. After you reach a fork in the ravine, head east and continue until you reach a large gravestone with the Spirit Sword below it. Location of Spirit Sword:
		Nox Flowing Sword Region: Caelid Site of Grace: Chair-Crypt of Sellia Weapon	Defeat the Nox Duo boss. Location of Nox Flowing Sword:
		Wing of Astel Region: Ainsel River Site of Grace: Nokstella, Eternal City Weapon	From the Ainsel River, Main site of grace, progress to the ant cave, there take the left path. After the T-posing enemy, keep high on the right cliff. Try to keep as right and as high as possible, soon you will spot a chest on top of a stone structure - loot it for the Wing of Astel. Location of Wing of Astel:
		Falx (DLC) Region: Enir-Ilim Site of Grace: Cleansing Chamber Anteroom DLC Weapon	Missable! Kill Hornsent. You can also get Falx if you kill him earlier during Leda's questline Step 7. Location of Falx:
		Dancing Blade of Ranah (DLC) Region: Cerulean Coast Site of Grace: Cerulean Coast West DLC Weapon	Defeat the Dancer of Ranah boss. Location of Dancing Blade of Ranah:
		Horned Warrior's Sword (DLC) Region: Gravesite Plain Site of Grace: Belurat, Tower Settlement DLC Weapon	Defeat the Horned Warrior in the northern part of Belurat swamp. Also can drop randomly from other Horned Warriors. Location of Horned Warrior's Sword:
		Eclipse Shotel Region: Mountaintops of the Giants Site of Grace: Church of the Eclipse Weapon	Inside the Church of the Eclipse. Location of Eclipse Shotel:

All Curved Greatswords

The tenth group of Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. Curved Greatswords are slower curved weapons with a fairly quick moveset, compared to other Greatswords.

There are 11 Weapons in All Curved Greatswords.

		Omen Cleaver Region: Stormveil Castle Site of Grace: Liftside Chamber Weapon	Approximately 4% drop chance from Omens wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: The Omen in front of Liftside Chamber. Location of Omen Cleaver:
		Monk's Flameblade Region: Mountaintops of the Giants Site of Grace: Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave Weapon	Approximately 4% drop chance from Fire Monks wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: In Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave, ignore the first Fire Monk, jump out of the window, go up the stairs and left, right, immediatelly right again and kill the Fire Monk. Location of Monk's Flameblade:
		Beastman's Cleaver Region: Liurnia of the Lakes Site of Grace: The Four Belfries Weapon	Approximately 2% drop chance from Azula Beastmen wielding this weapon. Best farming spot: From the Four Belfries, take the Crumbling Farum Azula portal and go down and kill the one Beastman there. Later alternative: From Dragon Temple Lift site of grace, take the lift down, go right and you'll reach stairs, two good Beastmen are there. Location of Beastman's Cleaver:
		Freyja's Greatsword (DLC) Region: Enir-Ilim Site of Grace: Cleansing Chamber Anteroom DLC Weapon	Missable! Finish Freyja's questline. Location of Freyja's Greatsword:
		Bloodhound's Fang Region: Limgrave Site of Grace: Agheel Lake South Weapon	Defeat the Bloodhound Knight Darriwill boss. Location of Bloodhound's Fang:
		Onyx Lord's Greatsword Region: Altus Plateau Site of Grace: Sealed Tunnel Weapon	Defeat the Onyx Lord (Altus Plateau) boss. Location of Onyx Lord's Greatsword:
		Zamor Curved Sword Region: Mountaintops of the Giants Site of Grace: Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave Weapon	Defeat the Ancient Hero of Zamor (Mountaintops) boss. Location of Zamor Curved Sword:
		Magma Wyrm's Scalesword Region: Liurnia of the Lakes Site of Grace: Ruin-Strewn Precipice Overlook Weapon	Defeat the Magma Wyrm Makar boss. Location of Magma Wyrm's Scalesword:
		Horned Warrior's Greatsword (DLC) Region: Enir-Ilim Site of Grace: Cleansing Chamber Anteroom DLC Weapon	Head west onto the large bridge and defeat the Horned Warrior there. Location of Horned Warrior's Greatsword:
		Morgott's Cursed Sword Region: Roundtable Hold Site of Grace: Table of Lost Grace Weapon	Missable! Sold by Finger Reader Enia for the Remembrance of the Omen King, dropped from the Morgott, the Omen King boss.

All Backhand Blades

The eleventh group of Weapons, in the order as seen in Elden Ring's game inventory. There are only three Backhand Blades in Elden Ring, and all are part of the DLC.
