There are 6 horse races and 4 fistfighting tournaments in The Witcher 3. Horse races reward Geralt with racing equipment including saddles, saddlebags, horse blinders, and orens based on wagers.
Fistfighting tournaments test Geralt's unarmed combat skills across Velen, Novigrad, and Skellige, with increasing difficulty and rewards. Completing all fistfight quests unlocks the Brawl Master achievement.
Gwent Quests and Card Collecting
There are 8 Gwent quests in The Witcher 3. Gwent is a collectible card game played throughout the Northern Realms. Complete these quests to build your deck and collect all unique cards.
Gwent quests involve playing and winning against NPCs throughout the game world. Many merchants, innkeepers, and other characters can be challenged to Gwent. Some quests like "Collect 'em All" require finding and defeating every Gwent player across all regions.
Missable Competition Quests

After becoming the fist-fighting champion in
Velen, Novigrad, and Skellige, Geralt is invited to face the ultimate opponent, the Champion of Champions, in the arena at Hov on Spikeroog. This final challenge pits him against a rock troll in a one-on-one brawl.Rewards include XP, Orens and a diagram for The Tamer weapon. Completion of this quest also unlocks the Brawl Master achievement/trophy. This quest becomes available automatically after Geralt has completed all other Fists of Fury quests. |
