Our checklists offer a comprehensive set of features to help you view your progress:

• Auto-Save: All your progress is automatically saved using your browser's local storage. No manual saving is required. However, we strongly recommend making a free account and tracking your items there. Saving only in your browser is very unreliable, and clearing your cache can delete your progress.
• Progress Counters: Each checklist section displays a progress counter (e.g., "15/50") showing how many items you've completed out of the total. This gives you a quick visual overview of your completion status.
• Hide Completed: Founder members can hide completed items, making it easier to focus on what's left.
• Collapse/Expand: You can collapse or expand any section using the "Collapse" button. This helps you focus on specific areas and keeps your checklist organized. Your collapse preferences are saved automatically.
• Complete All / Clear All: Use the options menu to quickly mark all items in a section as complete or clear all progress if you want to start fresh.

Most checklists offer not only the item name and its location, but also a relevant screenshot, closest fast travel point, and more relevant completionist info, making this also a perfect completionist item database.

All features work seamlessly together. Just tick boxes and organize sections as you play. Your progress persists across sessions, so you can close the page and return later to find everything exactly as you left it.

All of our checklists are manual. We do not allow savefile import or similar solutions, because they are only available on a handful of platforms and are commonly against video games' TOS.

How many total quests are in The Witcher 3?

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt base game contains 58 main quests and 117 side quests (175 story quests), plus 30 Witcher contracts, 24 scavenger hunts, 33 treasure hunts, and 18 races/fistfights/Gwent quests. That is 340 quests and activities in the base game, not including Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine.

How do I use The Witcher 3 checklists?

Are there any missable quests in The Witcher 3?

Yes. Many side quests and some main quests can become unavailable. Main quests Get Junior, Ugly Baby, and The Isle of Mists are cut-off points for several other quests. Our checklists are ordered to help you finish content before those cut-offs.

Do I need to complete everything for 100% completion in The Witcher 3?

100% completion means finishing main quests, side quests, Witcher contracts, scavenger hunts, treasure hunts, and competition quests, and activating signposts for efficient travel. Alchemy diagrams are not required for achievements but help in combat. Follow the checklist order so missable content is not skipped.
