This Lies of P All Music Records Checklist is in optimal completion order. This checklist is split into multiple tables, between normal, Alidoro-questline related and golden records.
Music Records - Key Information:
Music Records can be played at the Hotel Krat gramophone. Listening through the whole track for the first time rewards Humanity (counts as lying).
The majority of Music Records are missable! Most Music Records are hidden rewards for certain side quest outcomes. Two Music Records are exclusive and are listed in the second table below.
The Golden Melody Achievement Important Tip: You do not need to unlock all Music Records in one save, like most video games would require. You still need to play the game at least twice, but it doesn't matter if you do it in New Game Plus or on a new save.

Location: Missable! After beating Champion Victor boss, Polendina will propose giving a cure to Lady Antonia Cerasani. You must give her the cure. She will die either way after beating Laxasia the Complete boss, but if she was given the cure, she will read the Cherry-Scented Letter on her wheelchair. Read it for the record. |

Location: Defeat the enemy at Hermit's Cave near Barren Swamp Bridge Stargazer. The cave opens after buying the Rusty Cryptic Vessel from Polendina, which requires all three Krat Supply Boxes. |

Exclusive Music Records
Two Music Records are exclusive, meaning that you cannot obtain both on the same savefile. They are rewarded at the end of Alidoro's & Eugenie's questline. If you're going for the Golden Melody achievement, you must go to New Game Plus to have both.
Eugenie's & Alidoro's Questline: Follow the Alidoro & Eugenie side quest throughout the game. Bring the Four-fingered glove to Alidoro's location in Barren Swamp and ultimately find him at Relic of Trismegistus. You MUST kill Alidoro at Relic of Trismegistus to gain access to both missable Music Records. He will drop the Alidoro's Cryptic Vessel.
Next, head to Venigni and he will decipher the Cryptic Vessel. Now talk to Eugenie: lying and telling the truth both give an exclusive Music Record.

Golden Records
Golden Records are a variant of normal Music Records. They are only available in New Game Plus and play the same unchanged music tracks as the non-golden versions, just with a golden icon. They still give Humanity, which means, in New Game Plus, you have 5 additional options to gain extra Humanity. None are missable and all can be bought from various merchants.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many Music Records are there?
Sixteen trackable records: nine story records, two exclusive Eugenie outcomes, and five golden NG+ merchant records. Listening to a record once grants Humanity (counts as lying).
Do I need all records on one save for Golden Melody?
No. You need every record across your account, but they can be split between NG+ and fresh saves. You still need at least two playthroughs for the exclusive pair and golden set.
Which Music Records are missable?
Most non-golden records are missable through side quest choices. The checklist flags quest-linked rows such as Fascination, Why, and Shadow Flower.
What are exclusive records?
Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1 and Far East Princess come from lying or telling the truth to Eugenie after Alidoro's questline. You can only get one per save.
How do I use this Music Records checklist?
Play each track at the Hotel Krat gramophone, then check the row off. Auto-save stores ticks locally. Golden records are bought from wandering merchants in NG+.
