This Lies of P All Bosses Checklist is in optimal completion order. It is divided into two tables - Story Bosses and Mini Bosses. Minibosses can be mandatory or optional (even missable).

All Story Bosses Checklist
Story Bosses are mandatory and meaningful encounters, often with a unique cutscene and more than one boss phase.
Story Bosses drop unique Ergo (except Black Rabbit Brotherhood fights), which can be either used to make normal Ergo for buying / levelling, or exchange with Alidoro for special Boss Weapons. Alidoro is only available after Chapter IV., so if you want the Boss Weapons from earlier chapters, you must hold on to the Boss Ergo until you reach him. Read the Weapons Checklist to learn more.
The Nameless Puppet boss fight is only available after refusing to give Geppetto your heart.

All Mini Bosses Checklist
Mini Bosses are smaller boss encounters with a boss bar, but without a major cutscene. Some Mini Bosses are gating progression, while others are hidden and missable. About half of these are Stalker Fights (also known as NPC fights).
These mini boss fights don't drop Boss Ergo, they mostly reward general loot or allow for progression.
Some enemies appear in the game as Mini Bosses, but also as regular non-boss enemies, like the Mad Clown Puppet.

How many bosses are on this checklist?
There are 27 boss entries: main story bosses plus optional mini bosses such as Mad Donkey, Survivor, Owl Doctor, Black Cat, and Red Fox. Each row notes chapter and how to start the fight.
What is Boss Ergo used for?
Most story and mini bosses drop unique Boss Ergo. Exchange it with Alidoro (or Hugo if Alidoro is dead) for special weapons or amulets. You can only pick one reward per Ergo per playthrough, so plan NG+ if you want both options.
Are any bosses missable?
Yes. Optional bosses and some story outcomes can be skipped. Rows call out missable fights where it matters, including Black Rabbit Brotherhood, The Atoned, and the Black Cat / Red Fox pair at Arche Abbey.
How do I use the All Bosses checklist?
Mark each boss when defeated. Auto-save keeps your ticks locally. Use the checklist during a first playthrough to avoid missing optional Ergo and accessory drops tied to specific fights.
