Location of Crimson Amber Medallion:

Progress normally on the main path going down around the town. Before a bridge, you'll encounter an Imp Seal Gate. Go inside, upstairs and loot the talisman.

Location of Crimson Amber Medallion +1:

Only in Leyndell, Ashen Capital. From Leyndell, Capital of Ash site of grace, go into the underground entrance and start dropping down. Carefully end on the last rafter and loot the talisman.

Location of Crimson Amber Medallion +2:

Located behind the first Imp Seal Gate near the site of grace.

Location of Crimson Seed Talisman:

In a chest near the lesser golem.

Location of Blessed Dew Talisman:

Defeat the Bloodhound Knight boss.

Location of Cerulean Amber Medallion:

Spot a ladder outside of the church. Climb it, then follow the path straight and around a tower to find another ladder. Go down, defeat the dual-wielding teleporting knight and loot the talisman.

Location of Cerulean Amber Medallion +1:

Inside the cellar of Lunar Estate Ruins.

Location of Cerulean Amber Medallion +2:

At the very top of the tower (without using Ranni's statue), on the rafters.

Location of Cerulean Seed Talisman:

Defeat the Miranda the Blighted Bloom boss.

Location of Viridian Amber Medallion:

Missable - collect before burning the Erdtree! Defeat the Margit phantom.

Location of Viridian Amber Medallion +1:

From Haligtree Town Plaza site of grace, jump onto the rooftops and progress. After about three total jumps from site of grace, turn back and notice you can jump back to a lower floor of a previous building, where is a chest with this talisman.

Location of Viridian Amber Medallion +2:

Inside the cellar of Summonwatter Village (in the eastern part, behind Imp Seal Gate)

Location of Green Turtle Talisman:

Progress Nepheli Loux's questline to Step 3 - she will give you the Arsenal Charm once she appears in Roundtable Hold.

Inside the side path with Malformed Star enemy. Go up the branch to the highest wooden platform.

Location of Arsenal Charm +1:

Complete The Great-Jar's questline.

Location of Great-Jar's Arsenal:

Inside Fringefolk Hero's Grave - go along the main chariot path. After the U-turn, continue going down. When the path narrows, drop down then continue east. At the flame pillar, continue going east, then through a bridge. Talisman is lying on the ground below a statue, guarded by lesser scions.

Location of Erdtree's Favor:

Defeat the Mohg, the Omen boss and loot the chest in his arena.

Location of Erdtree's Favor +1:

Only in Leyndell, Ashen Capital. You must start at the Forbidden Lands site of grace, then walk your way back to Leyndell and jump into the sandy area with three lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirits. You don't have to kill them, the talisman is looted from a corpse.

Location of Erdtree's Favor +2:

Defeat the Ancient Hero of Zamor (Weeping Peninsula) in Weeping Evergaol.

Location of Radagon's Scarseal:

Go up the ladder, then drop down on the right. Go inside the hole with the rats, then do a corner jump to access a path leading to another ladder going down to a dead-end with Radagon's Soreseal.

Location of Radagon's Soreseal:

Past the Dragonkin Soldier (Siofra River) boss. Use a teleporter on a broken pillar south of Worshippers' Woods site of grace to reach.

Location of Marika's Scarseal:

From the Prayer Room site of grace, you need to get to the right walkway with the lesser avatar. Once there, head south and find safe way around the pillars to descend to the bottom, where you'll find an Imp Seal Gate with the Marika's Soreseal at the southern end.

Location of Marika's Soreseal:

Inside Fort Gael, at the very top inside a chest.

Location of Starscourge Heirloom:

Progress Gowry & Millicent's questline to Step 4.

Location of Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom:

On top of Liurnia Divine Tower.

Location of Stargazer Heirloom:

Inside the cellar of Purified Ruins (southeastern building).

Location of Two Fingers Heirloom:

Behind Bestial Sanctum, use the branches, rooftops and structures to drop down onto the slanted platform with bats and the Dragoncrest Shield Talisman on its eastern end.

Location of Dragoncrest Shield Talisman:

Located behind the second Imp Seal Gate in this dungeon. Continue along the main path until you reach an area with falling blades. Jump on one of them, which will lead you to a side passage on the left. Continue this path and open the gate.

Location of Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +1:

Take the northern exit from Dragon Temple and go through the ruined beastman area. After you're on the main walkway, spot a narrow doorway on the eastern side. Start dropping down but careful - from the third platform, you need to make a jump to a floating ruin with the talisman. If you miss the jump, you need to teleport back and repeat the journey.

Location of Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +2:

From the Drainage Channel site of grace, take the eastern exit and use the branches to get on the temple rooftop. Drop through the roof onto the elevated area with a chest, on the western end of the temple.

Location of Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman:

Defeat the Runebear boss.

Location of Spelldrake Talisman:

Light all the braziers in Sellia so the magic barries disappear. Loot the chest in one of the northwestern houses.

Location of Spelldrake Talisman +1:

From the Hidden Path to the Haligtree site of grace, head back inside to the main open area. Drop down onto the invisible path and follow it to its end, until you drop onto a large platform with a window leading to an octopus. From there, continue along the path, go right near the boss room, then right again to use an elevator. Right there is a corpse with the Spelldrake Talisman +2.

Location of Spelldrake Talisman +2:

Defeat the Beastman of Farum Azula boss.

Location of Flamedrake Talisman:

On the bridge leading from Leyndell to Forbidden Lands.

Location of Flamedrake Talisman +1:

Defeat the Beastman of Farum Azula Duo boss.

Location of Flamedrake Talisman +2:

On a corpse nearby.

Location of Boltdrake Talisman:

Go on the main path until you reach a ladder, climb it and loot the Boltdrake Talisman +1 from a wooden shack.

Location of Boltdrake Talisman +1:

From Dragon Temple Rooftop site of grace, take the main path towards the dragon. After you cross the lightning bridge, you have two options. Either look at the left side of the bridge, where you can make a risky jump to a room in the lower bridge level - or go to the left of the dragon and take an elevator to appear in the same spot. Eitherway, progress the inside of the bridge northwest, past a lesser Crucible Knight, then up the ladder and you'll find the Boltdrake Talisman +2.

Location of Boltdrake Talisman +2:

From Seaside Ruins site of grace, go down to the beach and find a small cave near its northern end under a cliff.

Location of Haligdrake Talisman:

From the Leyndell Catacombs site of grace, go up the stairs in the southeast, turn right and use the elevator. At the top, reveal an illusory wall to the right of the stairs.

Location of Haligdrake Talisman +1:

Head back into the woods, past the gigantic skeletons and keep the cliff on your right side all the way. After a while, you will go around the whole area and reach a graveyard with Haligtree Talisman +2 near one of the graves.

Location of Haligdrake Talisman +2:

Take the first belfry portal (Crumbling Lands) to get to early Crumbling Farum Azula. Drop down as much as you can to get the Pearldrake Talisman.

Location of Pearldrake Talisman:

Not in the catacombs (it's just the closest site of grace), but in the cellar of Wyndham Ruins.

Location of Pearldrake Talisman +1:

From Haligtree Town site of grace, go northwest, up the tall ladder and immediatelly jump across the gap. A misbegotten is guarding the talisman.

Location of Pearldrake Talisman +2:

Just past Ainsel River Downstream site of grace, in the first ant nest.

Location of Immunizing Horn Charm:

From the shore, head southeast to soon spot a suspiciously solitary Ancestral Follower (minotaur) enemy walking in the lake. Defeat him and he will drop the Immunizing Horn Charm +1.

Location of Immunizing Horn Charm +1:

From the Mausoleum Compound, head north up the hill and then immediately southwest towards the cliff. Turn around and spot a small hole you can pass through. On the left side, on a cliff, is the talisman.

Location of Stalwart Horn Charm:

From the Inner Consecrated Snowfield, head southwest among the tall trees with minotaurs and loot the talisman from the ground.

Location of Stalwart Horn Charm +1:

On the stairs leading to the elevator.

Location of Clarifying Horn Charm:

From Ancestral Woods site of grace, head south towards the bridge you've arrived from. However don't go up a bridge, instead find a lower level on the left side. Follow the bottom level with pillars all the way north, then carefully drop into the building nearby, descend fully to the ground to find the talisman.

Location of Clarifying Horn Charm +1:

Take the third belfry portal (Night Sky Unceasing) to get isolated part of Nokron. Drop down to get the Mottled Necklace. Lesser Crucible Knight is also here.

Location of Mottled Necklace:

Head past the Regal Ancestor Spirit north, but soon turn right to find a hill, that will allow you to get to the upper structures of a nearby Hallowhorn Grounds. On one of the pillars is the Mottled Necklace +1.

Location of Mottled Necklace +1:

From the Liftside Chamber site of grace, go to the courtyard and immediatelly spot a ledge from which to drop down. Go past the rats, defeat the lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirit and you'll soon find the talisman.

Location of Prince of Death's Pustule:

From The Nameless Eternal City site of grace, head east until you find a suspicious waterfall you can cross. There is a lesser Runebear there, defeat hit and he will drop the Prince of Death's Cyst talisman.

Location of Prince of Death's Cyst:

From the Temple of Eiglay site of grace, head north to the lift (if shortcut unlocked), or through the lava lake. After the Man-Serpent walkway, you'll arrive in a room with staircases - go up one, then turn back and use another to head west. You'll find a ledge - drop down and inside the hallway. Follow the path until you see stairs on the right side, which lead to another ledge with the Dagger Talisman.

Location of Dagger Talisman:

In the room with the Banished Knight where Gatekeeper Gostoc locks you in.

Location of Curved Sword Talisman:

From Behind the Castle site of grace, drop down to the jail, then head northwest to the tower and climb the ladder, loot chest.

Location of Twinblade Talisman:

In the cellar of Mistwood Ruins.

Location of Axe Talisman:

Missable! Defeat Recusant Henricus invader near the Limgrave Colosseum. You must do this before joining the Volcano Manor.

Location of Hammer Talisman:

In Lakeside Crystal Cave - you'll reach an open area, then another small tunnel. Inside the tunnel, head right and loot the chest near a campfire.

Location of Spear Talisman:

Directly north of Saintsbridge, on the tip of the map on a corpse.

Location of Lance Talisman:

Head to the rooftops and immediatelly go right and drop down on a roof. Use the pillar to go up and get to a ladder leading to the talisman.

Location of Claw Talisman:

In a large carriage inside enemy camp southeast of Erdtree-Gazing Hill site of grace.

Location of Greatshield Talisman:

Inside a chest on top of the watchtower.

Location of Arrow's Sting Talisman:

Located on top of the Gatefront gate. From Stormhill Shack site of grace, head towards the Stormhill Evergoal, then a bit north to enter a tower.

Location of Arrow's Reach Talisman:

Go back towards the stairs and find a bookshelf with no books on the right side, which is an illusory wall. Go up the ladder, then to the right side and find a hole covered by books. Drop into the hole, then another hole, to appear near a large crystal with the talisman in front of it.

Location of Graven-School Talisman:

On top of the Albinauric Rise, east of the Inner Consecrated Snowfield site of grace. You need to summon the Fanged Imp Spirit Ashes and then kill the imps to enter.

Location of Graven-Mass Talisman:

Inside Sellia Crystal Tunnel, along the main path. After you make your way to the top of the main area, go inside the cave and notice an altar on the right side, guarded by Pests.

Location of Faithful's Canvas Talisman:

Obtained from Gowry - complete Gowry & Millicent's questline. More described at Step 13.

Location of Flock's Canvas Talisman:

Complete the Spirit Jellyfish Ashes's questline in Stargazers' Ruins.

Location of Primal Glintstone Blade:

At the very end of Nokstella - go up the stairs and progress the city to its end.

Location of Moon of Nokstella:

Get on the bridge and go north. Enter the temple through the archway and follow the path. Spot a ladder on the balcony, go down and enter the large tower with a chest. If you've completed Knight Bernahl's questline, he will invade here (Step 8).

Location of Old Lord's Talisman:

Go into the courtyard and immediately turn right twice. Jump over the railing, then use the ladder in front of you. From inside, drop out of the broken window to appear on the balcony above the Debate Parlor site of grace. There is a chest on this floor.

Location of Radagon Icon:

Defeat the Stonedigger Troll (Limgrave) boss.

Location of Roar Medallion:

Complete Jar-Bairn's questline.

Location of Companion Jar:

Not in Unsightly Catacombs, it's just the closest site of grace. Loot the chest in the cellar of Perfumer's Ruins.

Location of Perfumer's Talisman:

Missable! Do Blaidd's questline Step 3, which is optional otherwise. Then the talisman becomes sold by Iji for 5000 Runes.

Location of Carian Filigreed Crest:

Missable! Kill Iron Fist Alexander without completing his questline. After his questline is finished, this item will no longer drop from him - the better Shard of Alexander talisman will drop instead.

Location of Warrior Jar Shard:

Missable! Complete Iron Fist Alexander's questline and defeat him in a duel here.

Location of Shard of Alexander:

Defeat the Godefroy the Grafted boss.

Location of Godfrey Icon:

After you meet the bear, head southeast to a tunnel leading to a lit up area with animals and this talisman.

Location of Bull-Goat's Talisman:

Defeat the Guardian Golem boss.

Location of Blue Dancer Charm:

Missable! Progress Seluvis's questline to Step 9, then he will reward you the Magic Scorpion Charm. You must do this before giving Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade.

Location of Magic Scorpion Charm:

On a small ledge in Fort Laiedd behind a wall, where the Ghost dialogue lures you in. Fort Laiedd is west of Seethewater Terminus site of grace.

Location of Fire Scorpion Charm:

Progress the Wyndham Catacombs to the flooded cellar, then find a ladder in the right wing. Go up, spend 1 Stonesword Key to get through the Imp Seal Gate and find the talisman.

Location of Lightning Scorpion Charm:

Defeat the Anastasia, Tarnished-Eater invader.

Location of Sacred Scorpion Charm:

From the Leyndell Catacombs site of grace, take the stairs down, go left, straight through the flooded area, up the stairs, right and then use the flame pillar to get up. Walk inside the room and defeat the Omen guarding the Crucible Scale Talisman.

Location of Crucible Scale Talisman:

At the first light circle, drop down and continue west, then turn right to appear in the double chariot area. Go down - after you reach the pillars, drop onto rafters five times to go onto a ladder on the southern side. This leads to another chariot slope - head all the way down and then left to find an Omen guarding this talisman.

Location of Crucible Feather Talisman:

Defeat the Omenkiller boss.

Location of Crucible Knot Talisman:

Defeat the Deathbird (Liurnia) boss.

Location of Red-Feathered Branchsword:

Defeat the Deathbird (Stormhill) boss.

Location of Blue-Feathered Branchsword:

Defeat the Demi-Human Queen Gilika boss and loot the chest behind her in the cellar, located in upper part of Lux Ruins.

Location of Ritual Sword Talisman:

In front of the Leyndell colosseum.

Location of Ritual Shield Talisman:

Defeat the Black Knife Assassin (Stormhill) boss.

Location of Assassin's Crimson Dagger:

Defeat the Black Knife Assassin (Liurnia) boss.

Location of Assassin's Cerulean Dagger:

Defeat the Cleanrot Knight boss.

Location of Winged Sword Insignia:

Missable! Complete Gowry & Milicent's questline. This is a reward for the good ending (help Milicent).

Location of Rotten Winged Sword Insignia:

Reward from Tanith at Volcano Manor after completing the 3rd assassination quest, which is Juno Hoslow, Knight of Blood in Mountaintops of the Giants.

Missable! Sold by Finger Reader Enia for the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor, dropped from the Regal Ancestor Spirit boss.

"Defeat the invading Fire Knight Queelign in Belurat, which is the Step 1 of Queelign's questline.

He will also appear in Church of the Crusade (northwest of Highroad Cross site of grace) - if you kill him here for the first time, he will also drop the talisman."

Defeat the Cleanrot Knight Duo boss.

Location of Gold Scarab:

From the Hidden Path to the Haligtree site of grace, head back inside to the main open area. Drop down onto the invisible path and turn back - go inside the second possible alcove to open a chest with the Silver Scarab talisman.

Location of Silver Scarab:

2nd assassination quest from Volcano Manor. Not in Old Altus Tunnel, it's just the closest site of grace. Head out and west, find an invasion sign to invade Rileigh the Idle.

Location of Crepus's Vial:

Defeat the Black Knife Assassin (Altus Plateau) boss.

Location of Concealing Veil:

Go outside and take the waterwheel towards the Volcano Manor teleport and find the talisman on the ground.

Location of Longtail Cat Talisman:

Sold by Twin Maiden Husks for 5000 Runes.

Location of Shabriri's Woe:

Complete Rya's questline. The ending doesn't matter, all three variants leave you with the Daedicar's Woe, but some other rewards can be missed. Rya's hiding place is described in her Step 15.

About 20 Sacrificial Twigs are located across the map. One of the best sources is the Isolated Merchant in Weeping Peninsula, who sells three of them for 3000 Runes each.
