The Dreg Heap: The first section

From the church with two Lothric Knights, head to the fountain and inside the house on the right. Go to its end to pick up the staff. Location of Murky Longstaff:  |

From the church with two Lothric Knights, head to the fountain and inside the house on the right. Go to its end and reveal the illusory wall on your left in the last room. Fully cross the house to its last room and pick up the sorcery. Location of Great Soul Dregs:  |

Continue on the main path until you will see a tower falling onto a church where you've previously killed two Lothric Knights. Then go back to the church and use the tower to reach Lapp's location. Take the large drop and you'll end up on a square with several enemies and this miracle in the corner. Location of Projected Heal:  |
