Interactive checklist and database of all 94 Skill Books in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Skill Books are a type of book you can read to gain XP for a specific skill. Read them to level up skills like Alchemy, Vitality, Horsemanship, Warfare, or Scholarship. Reading takes time and is influenced by Scholarship perks.

This checklist covers all 94 books organized by skill: Agility, Alchemy, Defence, Horsemanship, Hunting, Maces, Polearms, Scholarship, Speech, Stealth, Strength, Swords, Unarmed Combat, and Vitality. Each row lists a Recommended Location, combining reliability, earliest access, and convenience. You will likely obtain many books through other means as well.

Skill Book Tiers and Requirements

Most skill books have tiers. Tier II books require at least level 5 in that skill. Tier III requires level 10, and Tier IV requires level 15. Tier I books and all others can be read without any level requirements. Plan your reading order around your current skill levels to avoid wasting trips.

Skill books typically spawn at Scribes in Troskowitz or Trosky Castle and at various merchants. Merchant stock rotates every 7 days. If a merchant does not have the book you need, return later or buy something to trigger a restock.

DLC Skill Books

This checklist also includes 13 DLC skill books. One book comes from Brushes with Death (Heraldry, found in Trosky Castle). The remaining 12 are from Mysteria Ecclesiae, found in and around Sedletz Monastery. Tables for both DLCs appear at the end of the checklist.
