How to unlock The Peasants' Revolt

Finish Speak of the Devil (Speak of the Devil). Visit Devil's Den and speak with Kubyenka. Ask about the rebellious peasants and offer help.

He shares the password “The fox is in the henhouse.” and points you to Herbwoman Vlasta, who lives in a lone hut hemmed by hedges and trees southwest of Miskowitz. The marker updates accordingly.

Find Vlasta and speak the line “The fox is in the henhouse.”

Optional: pass a skill check first for easy reputation.
Then be honest about your ties to Zizka; she trusts you immediately.

She backs the young fighters and hands you supplies: bread and Marigold Decoctions for the woods camp farther southwest.

The rebel camp

Follow the objective deeper southwest into the forest. The camp was ambushed; rebels are already dead.

Saving Otter

Only Otter survives, badly wounded on the ground. Patch him up with a medium Survival check.

Right after a successful heal the game skips one hour and four wolves raid the site.

Lent achievement

After the wolves, talk to Otter again. He admits the revolt is finished for him and offers his hidden coin stash as thanks.

The stash is not the journal step. Your active task is to return to Vlasta and report. Visit her hut, close the quest, then chase the treasure below.

Once Otter is handled and wolves cleared, loop back to Vlasta near Miskowitz with the bad news. She still pays you for trying and for keeping Otter alive.
