All Golden Seeds Checklist Overview

This checklist lists every Golden Seed in Elden Ring. There are 45 total Golden Seeds, all found only in the base game.
They are most commonly found at Golden Trees, also known as Phantom Trees. Ulcerated Tree Spirits are also a good source of Golden Seeds and a few others are obtained in a different way. Note that Golden Seed #1 in this checklist is missable at the very beginning!
Golden Seeds: Key Information
Golden Seeds can be used at a site of grace to increase the amount of the flasks you have at your disposal. Golden Seeds do not boost the Flask of Wondrous Physick in any way.
You start with 4 Flask charges, while the maximum amount of Flasks is 14.
Upgrading the charges will cost more and more Golden Seeds, with the 14th Flask costing 5 total Golden Seeds. Getting all available Flasks will still cost you only 30 Golden Seeds, despite there being 45 total Golden Seeds in the game.
Golden Seeds are among the most impactful items in the game and should be collected even if you don't aim for 100% Completion of Elden Ring.
