Miri Fajta Quest Guide (Best Ending) | Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

The Side questMiri Fajta side quest begins at the LocationNomads' Camp. Speak to Voivode, who asks you to find his missing daughter Marika and bring her home. This quest is convoluted, has bad endings and involves a complicated and long family affair. It will take you at least 2 full in-game days to complete.

Searching the Camp

Start by searching Marika's tent behind the carriage and pick up her shawl. You can also speak to Aranka for some additional information, although it is not required. The trail, surprisingly, leads to LocationBozhena's hut.

Visit Bozhena at LocationBozhena's Hut. She explains that Marika ran away with a wounded lover from LocationSemine and likely fled to the rocks in LocationApollonia.

Before travelling to Apollonia, take with yourself bandages, Comfrey and Marigold Decoction - Marika will request them. Complete the Side questBad Blood side quest and Pavlena will stay at Bozhena's Hut as a very useful Alchemy merchant.

Finding Marika in Apollonia

In LocationApollonia you will find Marika with the wounded Bohus in the rocks left of the road, about in the middle of the marked area. Go directly uphill and try to find a small path through the rocks up, in the left corner of a large formation. Then search for a ladder leading to the hideout.

This is located directly south of the Interesting siteRuin in the Rocks interesting site which has very strong loot and should be your next stop.

Speak to Marika, pass the dialogue check and give her the Marigold Decoction and comfrey. Dried comfrey also works.

After the conversation she asks for Voivode's amulet to even consider the offer to return, so you return empty-handed to the LocationNomads' Camp.

Freeing Tibor

Back at the camp, Voivode explains the family situation. Attention will switch from Marika for a while to her two brothers. Your next task is freeing Tibor, who has been imprisoned by villagers in LocationSemine.

Tibor is locked in a shed south of the main road near the saddler's shop. A guard stands at the entrance. You do not need to speak with the locals. Instead, go behind the building and enter through the back window.

Recovering Gejza's Body

After freeing Tibor, he tells you about the death of his brother Gejza. His body is held at a woodcutters' camp northwest of LocationSemine.

If you want to avoid committing a crime, speak to the woodcutters' leader before taking the body. Passing the Speech check lets you resolve the situation peacefully.

Carry Gejza's body to the burial place to complete the next step.

The Roma Funeral

After the burial you witness the Roma funeral. The quest then returns you to the LocationNomads' Camp.

Voivode still refuses to give up the amulet. Speaking with Tibor reveals that Voivode might part with it if he loses a wager, but Voivode first needs an important passage document from Marika to ensure his will.

Return to LocationApollonia to speak with her again.

The Hidden Document

When you arrive at Marika's hideout, a pack of three wolves appears. Simply attack them a few times and they will run away.

Promise Marika that you will return the document afterward. She directs you to a hollow tree at the Interesting siteWell - Apollonia interesting site, northeast of her hideout.

You can also find a beer cooling in the water nearby. Once you have the document, return to the LocationNomads' Camp.

Voivode's Wager

Speak with Voivode and choose to bet. Giving him the document immediately and betraying Marika leads to a bad ending - instead, focus on the wager.

The wager consists of three challenges:

  • Horse race against Tibor
  • Fistfight against Tibor
  • Dice game
Wager tips

Saving beforehand on Hardcore mode is recommended because these can be difficult early in the game. In the horse race, simply follow the markers. Drinking an Aesop potion can help. Pebbles is quite slow without upgrades - winning is practically impossible, but the other two challenges are easily manageable. You need to win at least two of the three for the best ending.

Miri Fajta Rewards

If you win at least two of the three challenges, the quest ends with a family celebration. After the cutscene you wake up around noon and receive the rewards:

  • 125 Groschen
  • Strong Saviour Schnapps
  • 2x Marigold Decoction
