Feast for the Poor is a side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 that introduces you to “The Guild,” a pro-Wenceslas rebel group. This is the first step in a major optional questline.
By completing this quest, you help the city's rebels and beggars and sabotage Sigismund's supplies. Speak to Chenyek sitting inside the inn to start the quest after completing the 
Into the Underworld main quest.
Starting the Quest
To begin, travel to The Hole in the Wall tavern (just outside the city walls) and find Chenyek.
Once he invites you to join the guild, he will task you with stealing quality sausages from Sigismund's warehouse to feed the poor and instead leaving there some cabbage. He also warns you: no fatalities, just stealth.
Optional: Talk to Knuckles
Before leaving, speak to Knuckles inside the tavern. He will ask you to also steal a bottle of expensive wine for a private buyer. He provides you with a Weak Nighthawk potion, a Weak Quickfinger potion, and 3 lockpicks to assist with the heist.
Then go purchase at least one cabbage from a grocer in Kuttenberg main square before heading out.
Phase 1: Infiltrating the Warehouse
The warehouse is located south of Kuttenberg city walls.
If you want, you can wait until nighttime, but this quest can be easily completed during the day too.
Start at the western exit and locate a barn with a window you can use. If you are also going for the wine for Knuckles, read the wine section first.
The Sausage (Main Goal)
Head to the eastern wall where the green tents are located.
From the starting hut, don't keep to the first ledge as there is a really annoying guard. Instead drop down and continue on this path:
Then turn left into the stone brick dark building, but be wary of a guard sitting here, or a guard on the right ledge, or on the right platform.
The best idea is to sneak directly into the green tent without any detours; just wait for the right moment.
Inside the tent with the cooking pot, there is a Very Hard locked chest.
Use a Quickfinger potion or pickpocket the key from the guard sitting on a bench in the central area. Steal the sausages to satisfy the objective, but don't forget to put the cabbage back in!
The Wine (Optional)
The wine is halfway from the barn to the sausages, in a Very Hard locked chest located under a small lean-to hut near the central warehouse building. The chest can be barely seen in the dark.
Escape
Use the ladder against the rear wall near the green tents to climb over the wall and exit safely, or go through any unattended exit. The barn entrance is only one way and cannot be used to exit the premises.
Phase 2: Feed the Beggars
Return to Kuttenberg during the day. You must find five beggars and give each of them 5 sausages.
Tip: Beggars are most easily found near the city's fast-travel gates and the market square, or around the cathedral.
Tell them the food is a gift from the Kuttenberg Guild.
Completion and Rewards
Once you have fed five beggars (25 sausages total), return to The Hole in the Wall.
Knuckles: Hand the wine to him outside for 100 Groschen.
Chenyek: Speak to him inside to complete the quest and solidify your standing with the guild.
Questline progression: Completing this quest unlocks the next task in the guild's storyline: 
The Thieves' Code.

Can you fight guards in the warehouse?
Chenyek wants zero kills; you stay in stealth.
Do you need cabbage before the heist?
Buy at least one in the main square so you can swap it into the chest after taking sausages.
Best way out of the depot?
Rear ladder by the green tents or any unwatched exit; the barn window entry does not work as an exit.
Where are beggars?
Check fast-travel gates, market square, and cathedral surroundings during daytime.
What if I skip Knuckles?
You only miss the wine payout and his potions or lockpicks; the guild quest still completes through Chenyek.
