Painting Workshop is a small optional puzzle area, accessible in Act 2, but finishable in Act 3. Entering the Painting Workshop through all 3 entrances and speaking with the Faceless Boy NPC will give you different items - collect all 3, use them with the statue and fight an enhanced version of Lampmaster, which rewards 2 Pictos.
How to get to Painting Workshop: Use the portals on The Continent. The workshop has three different entrances - on an island north of Stone Wave Cliffs, north of Forgotten Battlefield and on a floating island in Sirene.
